ONSITE MANAGEMENT
A friendly face always on hand – the Resident Services Manager at Baltic Yard is the person you can call on for help, whenever you need it. Our team are committed to making your experience a pleasurable one, from the moment you step into the community. So, if you just want local advice for where to get brunch or assistance with a maintenance request, your RSM will help you out.
LOUNGE & WORKSPACE
Our exclusive Residents’ Lounge is perfect for work and play. It’s suitable for meetings, working from home and catching up with friends. Our chill-out area is the perfect hub – with superfast Wifi, large TVs and complementary tea and coffee making facilities.
For events and occasions a bit more personal, you can use our private dining and function space.
GARDEN TERRACES
Renting doesn’t mean saying goodbye to greenery and open space. Far from it! Come home to a lush, garden terrace with relaxed, outdoor seating areas with pergolas, planters and trees. It’s somewhere to socialise and soak up the sun; to find relaxation and escape the city that’s left outside for another day...
The terraces are carefully designed to ensure there’s privacy when you want time on your own and space to join the crowd if being social is your thing. We’ve even collaborated with a local artist for a striking mural on the terrace. Something a bit different, for all to enjoy.
GYM
Say no to expensive gym memberships: we’ve got you covered. Leave your worries behind or channel them into a great workout in our onsite gym.
Including various machines and floor space, the gym is perfect for getting an easy, quick workout in. Available to use free of charge, this space is designed to let you work out in the comfort of your own home – well, at least the same building!

Worried about missing a delivery? No problem, we’ve got it all wrapped up. Our Resident Experience Associates will spare you the trip to the depot and save you the hassle of rearranging delivery with a dependable postal collection point, for packages big and small.
FLEXIBLE TENANCIES
We want you to love where you live and stay as long as you like; so, we’ve made our tenancies as flexible as possible. With contracts from 12 months to 3 years, there’ll be an option to suit you.
